Elaine was born to Catherine and Patrick Ryan, married the love of her life, Paul A. Batson, who was a Chicago Police Officer. Elaine and Paul had three children - Phyllis Ann, Philip Anthony (Margaret) and Patricia Ann (Robert Levy). Elaine also leaves behind her grandchildren, Paula, Joseph, Jennifer and Paul, along with Jillian, Kayla and other loved ones.
